WORKSHOP FOOTAGE
Hitachi 360 Excavator Overhaul and Field Test
This workshop record follows the overhaul of a Hitachi 360 excavator that arrived with slow, uncoordinated movement, boom drift, loose joints and a heavily contaminated undercarriage. The team removed packed mud, dismantled and inspected the boom and arm cylinders, renewed worn seals and components, serviced the hydraulic pump and multi-way valve, and replaced selected undercarriage parts including worn track rollers. After reassembly, the hydraulic system was pressure-tested and the machine was operated on site to check response, travel and coordinated movement. The footage shows the actual sequence captured in the workshop and final field test. The work shown applies to this machine; preparation for other units is agreed according to their condition and the customer’s requirements.
This video presents a real workshop process example. The machines and work scope shown may differ between recordings.
