CAT 320 GC Excavator Engine Repair and Workshop Reconditioning

This workshop record follows a CAT 320 GC excavator that arrived for repair and maintenance after sustained jobsite use. The footage shows the team reviewing operating feedback, tracing the main faults to the engine, dismantling the power unit, cleaning and machining key components, renewing selected internal parts, and reinstalling the engine. It also records pin-and-bushing work, local body repair and touch-up painting before the machine was prepared for delivery.
