SANY SY245H Transport-Damage Repair and Refinishing

This workshop video records the repair and cosmetic preparation of a SANY SY245H excavator after it contacted a loading ramp during transport. The bucket-cylinder rod showed a dent, so the team inspected the damage and completed the necessary cylinder repair to protect the seal and reduce the risk of leakage. Exterior dents and scratches were then corrected with localized sheet-metal work and paint touch-ups. The team also checked the machine’s operating condition and undercarriage before the completed excavator left the workshop. The footage is a practical example of how transport-related damage can be assessed and repaired.
