Used model in 90% new condition, minor scratches and slight paint fading only, no heavy rust. Partial touch-up is normally enough, full repaint optional per customer request. Adopt classic Hitachi orange paint for color matching. Clean rust thoroughly and apply primer before painting. Mask cabin glass, hydraulic hoses, labels and connectors during painting. Remove grease, dirt and peeling old paint completely to guarantee paint adhesion.
Cummins QSK23-C turbo engine; check oil consumption, starting condition and exhaust smoke first. Inspect main hydraulic pump and control valve for oil leakage and working pressure stability. Check boom, arm pins and bushing clearance for wear and slack. Undercarriage: track chain, rollers, idler wear is light for this 90% new mining machine.
