Used old generation model, original paint normally faded, scratches and minor rust spots exist. Partial touch-up or full repaint is available according to customer requirements. Adopt classic Hitachi orange paint for color matching. Clean rust thoroughly and apply primer before painting. Mask cabin glass, hydraulic hoses, labels and connectors during painting. Remove grease, dirt and peeling old paint completely to guarantee paint adhesion.
Isuzu 6SD1 engine; check oil consumption, starting condition and exhaust smoke first. Inspect main hydraulic pump and control valve for oil leakage and working pressure stability.
